I started playing Guitar at the age of ten and was initially influenced by my late father a dedicated lifelong flamenco guitar player. Over the past ten years I have played in front of audiences in excess of five thousand and have accumulated an impressive cv of support gigs, supporting the likes of: Turin Brakes, Texas, Shaun Ryder, Mani (from the Stone Roses), Ida Maria and Finley Quaye to name only a few. I am currently playing with two bands and have a worldwide publishing deal with my original band.

 In terms of my teaching career I have been teaching full time in both colleges and as a private tutor for over ten years. Recently I have started teaching for Fender GBI. I really enjoy seeing students finally overcoming obstacles in their playing and enjoy passing on what I have learnt. I have been involved in the set up and tutoring of many private band workshops now, all of which have been really well received and more are planned for the future.
